Ray Massey Way curves around its corner site in East Ham, its vertical fins wrapping shops and restaurants at street level and three floors of flats above.

Each of the fifteen flats has at least 2 bedrooms and an open-plan living area behind floor-to-ceiling glass facing the street, with a shared courtyard at the centre of the building and parking for bikes and motorbikes below.

Ray Massey Way now has company. Ron Leighton Way, Cobalt's follow-up scheme on the same stretch of East Ham's High Street North, went up just along the road — close enough that residents on each side can see straight across to the other.
