This private residence in Chislehurst, designed by Teo Architects, is built around a full basement wellness suite — lap pool, sauna, a private gym with the TV hidden behind the mirror, and a lounge to unwind in afterwards.

One level down, a private two-car garage sits behind a bespoke car lift built into the driveway, lowering vehicles straight into the basement, and the whole floor was pre-wired for a full smart home system covering lighting, audio and heating. Sliding aluminium glazing keeps it all feeling open rather than boxed in.
